Spirit Bound Chapter 6

The beginning of the chapter starts off with Rose, Lissa, and Eddie on the airplane to Alaska. There they talk out some of the plans for their misson. Once they land they try to rent a car but only being 18 they were refused a lot until suggested to Buds Car Rentals. They told them that if they produced enough money he was sure to rent them a car, which he did. Once they got checked into the hotel Rose and Eddie went to scope out the prison while Lissa stayed back to work on her charms, which were compulsion infused. The prison ad a huge stone wall surrounding it and tons of guards. They knew there was only one way it : through the front door. As a SUV drove past, they realized that's how they had to get in.

The were off on their mission now. Rose and Lissa dressed up in disguise as feeders, and Eddie put on his formal wear so he would look like a chauffeur. They drove to the prison. There they came to their first gate, and a guardian checked what their business there was. Eddie handed over official papers on feeder deliveries at the prison that they copied out of the file Rose stole. The guard hesitated a little, examining both of the girls, but after assuming they were human he sent them through. From their a new guard took them through the prison, which had an erie feel, to the warden's office. Rose and Lissa ( posing as feeders) were then split up from Eddie and were taken down to the feeders room. Once in the feeders room Lissa used compulsion on the guard there to alter the schedule and have Victor Dashkov be the next one to come to the feeder room for a meal. Moments later two guardians and Victor Dashkov walked in. Victor was taken to where Rose was seated. as he was about to draw blood from her he stopped, and realized who she was.

A slow, intrigued smile spread over his face, blatantly displaying his fangs, " Oh my. This might be the best meal I've ever had." His voice was barely audible, covered by the conversation of the others.
" Put your teeth anywhere near me and it'll be your last meal," I murmured, voice just as quiet. " But if you want any chance of getting out of here and seeing the world again, you'll do exactly what I say."
He gave me a questioning look. I took a deep breath, dreading what I had to say next.
     " Attack me." ( p.126-127)
